At Lexus, we know it's important you stay on the road, even while your Lexus Vehicle is being maintained. As an Encore Privileges member, servicing your Lexus is as seamless as driving it. If at any time your vehicle undertakes servicing, you may choose one of two convenient complimentary loan car options.
When you drop off your vehicle for servicing, pick up your Lexus loan car from your dealership and enjoy full usage of this complimentary vehicle until yours is ready for collection.

Alternatively, you may have your vehicle picked up from your home or office, and dropped back to you once the service is completed.

After each service, you'll receive a complimentary wash and interior vacuum, ensuring your Lexus is returned to you spotlessly clean as well.
