Two Mood - Two Mode

By switching to SPORT mode the interior lighting changes from a serene blue to a pulse-raising red, reflecting your driving mood. In Sport drive mode, the Hybrid System Indicator on the instrument panel also switches to display a tachometer. On the Sports Luxury and F Sport models, linking ambient lighting to the drive mode is a world first and visually captures the thrill of driving the CT 200h.

Focused on driving pleasure

The CT 200h interior immediately sets the mood for an exhilarating driving experience. With a lowered seat position placing the driver’s hip point 535mm above the ground, the driver is close to the vehicle’s centre of gravity and fully in touch with its movement. Optimal pedal placement and the Lexus LFA Supercar-inspired steering wheel with a 21 degree adjustment range delivers the sportiest driving position of any Lexus, bar the LFA.

Display and Operation zones

Everything needed to drive the CT 200h is easily reached without altering the driver's posture. For ease of operation, the dash and centre console of the CT 200h are divided into Display and Operation zones. The Display zone offers a wealth of information at eye level. Functions and customisable vehicle settings can be easily accessed via the steering wheel controls. The lower Operation zone centres on the Drive Mode Select switch used for Two Mood – Two Mode. Models with the fold out 7” navigation screen¹ feature the Lexus Remote Touch that behaves like a computer mouse to remotely control navigation, audio, mobile phone and more at the touch of the driver’s fingertips.

Unexpected space and comfort

Slimmer front seatbacks and the FF (front engine, front wheel drive) platform results in generous leg room for everyone in the CT 200h. The rear seats are positioned 25mm higher than the front seats, opening up the passengers’ view and giving a feeling of openness. The boot provides an impressive 375 litres of luggage space, which increases to 985 litres when the rear seats are lowered.

Luxurious materials

The CT 200h is available in both fabric and leather accented trim in a range of colours. In the Prestige model, super-fine fibres form the exquisitely woven texture of the fabric trim, which is smooth to the touch with a brilliant sheen. Three leather-accented trim colours are available on all models and a unique black leather-accented trim on F Sport. For the first time, a genuine bamboo woodgrain dash option is available with the Sports Luxury model.

Sensational audio experience

IThe 6 or 10 speaker systems use bamboo and charcoal materials in a Lexus and industry first. This resin technology delivers rich sound quality while being considerably less C02 intensive to manufacture than comparable materials. The audio system has USB/AUX inputs for iPods ² or MP3/WMA flash drives and there’s a convenient holder suitable for smart phones or audio devices. The Lexus Premium 10 speaker six disc CD changer features a new high performance eight channel class D amplifier, resulting in reduced distortion, increased clarity and high quality sound even at low volume.
