Hybrid badging with blue accenting

The GS 450h is set apart from conventionally–powered GS models set the distinctive cobalt blue 'Hybrid' badging on the side mouldings, rear boot lid and the emblem on the front grille. The hybrid radiator grille has been designed with horizontal bars and a metal-like finish, enhancing the visual appeal of an already striking vehicle. A sleek moulding above the rocker panel complements the dynamic 'L–Finesse' design.

Flowing body design

With its distinctive 'L–Finesse' design, the GS 450h displays seamless curves with its long bonnet and pulled back cabin. The front bumper and grille treatment integrates cleanly with the fog lights, creating a bold, confident stance. Not surprising, such a flowing, dynamic design also delivers impressive aerodynamics for low drag and a quiet cabin.

Electrochromatic Mirrors

The exterior mirrors feature a sleek, aerodynamic look which also reduces wind noise and now incorporate turn indicators. Being electrochromatic mirrors, they automatically dim to quell the annoyance of headlamp glare from following motorists at night.

5 alloy spoke 18" wheel design

Further setting the GS 450h apart is an exclusive chrome-spoked wheel design. The elegant wheels with performance–rated 245/40 R18 tyres gain attention and grip the road.

Easy access with Smart Key

Step inside with minimal delay as Smart Key allows you to unlock the doors by simply gripping the handle, without ever taking the key from your pocket. You can start the car with similar ease, at the touch of a button.

Radar technology scans the road ahead

The distinctive front grille design is smart as well as stylish. A radar sensor is discreetly incorporated into the grille. It monitors the road ahead as part of the Active Cruise Control (ACC)* and Pre–Collision safety System (PCS)**.

Rear view camera with Rear Guide Assist***

For easier reversing, you have the guidance of a Rear View Camera discreetly mounted above the license plate. Select reverse and a colour image of what's immediately behind your rear bumper appears on the Electro Multi Vision (EMV) screen. Rear Guide Assist gives you a more precise indication of distances for easier parking and reversing.

Feel the roadholding of a flat underbody

Not only does the body styling contribute to sleek aerodynamics for a low drag and better fuel efficiency. The flat underbody has been optimised to enhance airflow and create negative lift, so it contributes to improved roadholding.

See clearly through water repellent windows

Special coatings on the front side windows accelerate dispersion of water droplets, for better visibility on drizzly days.

Rain sensing wipers are visibly better

To allow you to keep your mind focused on your driving, the GS is equipped with rain sensing wipers. If it begins to rain, sensors in the front windscreen automatically switch on the windscreen wipers, so you don't have to.

The comfort of UV reducing glass

The windows in the doors, rear door quarters and the rear window are a UV–reducing tinted glass. This reduces sunlight into the cabin for a cooler cabin, increased comfort and visibility.

Power operated moonroof

You can enjoy the ambience of the outdoors on a fine day – all at the touch of a button, via the power–operated moonroof.
